I've been seeing this bug where Pulsefire Ezreal is named "ezrealsucks ()" where the champs name doesn't appear.
Well today I saw a new one! Had an enemy graves, we couldn't see him at the time, he said something and it said "blahblah (Graves)" he said something else 4 seconds later and it said "blahblah (Wolf)". o_o Either he was playing as the wolf camp and cheating or the game was bugged.

Just wanted to clarify a bit here. The mysterious blank "()" chat-name for Pulsefire Ezreal is a bug that should be fixed in the next patch that goes live. It's currently fixed on PBE. As for the even more mysterious "(Wolf)" chat-name bug, that should be the same case--fixed as well in the next patch. There is actually a subtle little Easter Egg that should be replacing the "(Wolf)" name when the fix goes out. :] Keep an eye out!
Saw a very similar thing yesterday, with two champs in the same game. The Pulsefire Ezreal did exactly what you mentioned above, and his support also did not show a champion name after a while.
The "Wolf" glitch also happens with Sejuani, Fiora, and Nasus. That Ezreal one made me chuckle though, lmao. That's really funny.
