It's not her W, it's E. Then you're playing on low effect. Increase it and it's same.

fine it was her w... and no I am not playing on low effect, I am playing on the highest effect. Everything adjusted to the highest.

Hey Asul,

I've gone ahead and checked out Atlantean Syndra on high graphics settings (per your comment above). Her (E) - Scatter the Weak appears to be working as intended. I've attached a screenshot to show you what I'm seeing. I've also attached what I'm seeing in regards to her (W) - Force of Will.

If this isn't what you're seeing, please let me know and we can look into it further. :]

I'm gonna go ahead and try to reinstall league, it might have had problems during updates. See if it fixes it.

You could also try a System Repair rather than installing again completely. Let me know if you're still having issues and we can another look.

ok uh... I went ahead and rebooted/restarted/repaired my system.... after that I downloaded League.... and checked the skin again. It seems like nothing changed, her e still looks the same. Some of her abilities I think are missing some little particles as well (it was already like this before I repaired my system), it's not that noticeable though, I just feel like they are missing some bits of particles.

I think there is something wrong on my end. Do you think my video card is corrupted?

From the video, I decided to take Screen Shots and look at the difference of the particles between low graphics to high graphics.

Lower settings will have less particles - that's intended. Are you playing on lower settings, or high?

normally high. I decided to do the side by side comparison because I wanted to see the difference between their quality. I don't see any difference on both low and high, other than shadows and a few particles added on high.

Okay! I figured it out!

On live currently, it's bugged. PBE has a fix for it (it works totally fine), which means, next patch, this should be fixed!

Which means, your graphics card is a-okay, so no worries there.
