It's not her W, it's E. Then you're playing on low effect. Increase it and it's same.

Hey Asul,

I've gone ahead and checked out Atlantean Syndra on high graphics settings (per your comment above). Her (E) - Scatter the Weak appears to be working as intended. I've attached a screenshot to show you what I'm seeing. I've also attached what I'm seeing in regards to her (W) - Force of Will.

If this isn't what you're seeing, please let me know and we can look into it further. :]
