runes reforged:ravenous hunter

So there is a glitch with this rune interacting with lucians ult. Every other ability it procs on, however it does not proc on his ult for what ever reason. Some may call it this is balanced......its a single target ability that is channeled sorta that can easily be dodged soooooo yah. Im really unsure as to why it doesn't proc off his ult nor his passive since that is also a ability. thanks riot
