Zyra bug in urf
So i was usig zyra in urf right and im not aure why but when i put a point into her w, it had the normal cooldown until i leveled it again. Migt need more testin but just something that was annoying early game :P

A friend of mine noticed that with her as well, though only on the first cast - she gets it instantly, can plant one seed then has a 15 second cd, after that she's got her usual URF 3 seconds or whatever....
Not gamebreaking or anything just an odd little detail that caught him off guard a couple of times :P
