[GAMEPLAY] Tooltip on Essence Theft buff is wrong in its description of Ahri's passive

The tooltip that is found on the Essence Theft buff is currently wrong in its description of how the Essence Theft passive functions on Ahri. The tooltip states that Ahri's next spell will heal her after she hits with nine spells which is not correct for how the ability actually functions.

To recreate:

1. Pick Ahri into any game.
2. Level any ability and cast it to strike an enemy.
3. Hover the cursor over the icon for the Essence Theft buff.
