Odd Katarina bug

I have not experienced this bug first hand, but on two separate instances yesterday, with two different people, our kat player could not auto use Q or ult, E and W worked. Reconnecting did not solve the issue. The second time this occurred, Kat's death fixed her back to normal.

not sure if this is a random thing that will never happen again... but i thought id share just in case
