Crashing and not making it back in time because of the new /remake

So today I was playing a game of league of legends, after champion select i went to the loading screen then right away i crash. After i crash i tried t reconnect by clicking the reconnect button, but instead of reconnecting it froze. After that I force quit the game since i can't do anything on it. Then I went back on it again but this time it froze at the login screen, so I exit it out. Soon after I tried it again but it still froze at the login screen. So my last option was to restart my laptop. When I did and went back on to league everything work, but when i reconnected it was all black so I had to go back again. Finally when I went back to it again, I went to this screen saying I quit so I lost some lp. It wasn't fair since this whole time i was trying to go back to the game, but there was always something that will stop me from going back. It also said "You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioural restrictions", something like that I forgot what the original one said. It wasn't my fault the game crash. So does this mean I can't get hextech loot anymore cause I crash for a couple minute? I could of went back and my team could had chance to win the game but the /remake system time is so short that I don't have enough time to reconnect. So can someone help me, so I can get hextech loot again and convince riot to make the /remake thing time a bit longer?
