Constantly keep crashing upon loading game

Ever since 8.9 hit, League is harshly unplayable for me. EVERY single game I start up, starts with a crash. And when I try to reconnect, I get spammed with the prompt above, usually twice in a row. I ALWAYS end up late in a match, so I CAN'T play ranked without my team swearing at me for going AFK.

How can I fix this???
