"We aren't able to create a lobby right now."

Why the f*ck not?! I am connected to the internet. I am patched. I literally just got OUT of another game. My firewall is letting the client through. I ran the H-TRT and had it do a full re-patch and reinstall which took nearly 40 minutes. My DNS is flushed, my IPconfig is released and renewed, I have no clue what else to try. Every solution I've seen doesn't work, and I'm sick of having to wait 2-5 minutes between games just to QUEUE for 2-5 minutes again!
