sylas ult bug

it didnt happen last patch but ever since this one ive been experiencing this bug

when i steal someone's ult as sylas, it instantly casts their ult. it doesn't happen consistently but its occurred in like 3 times out of my last 10 ult steals and its really weird. it happened once when i stole a janna ult, and today it happened once when i stole fizz's ult. the weird part is that during the fizz game it only bugged the first time i stole his ult. the second time it was fine.

this might not have anything to do with it but i noticed that in both cases (fizz and janna) It occurred when I stole from max range
