Can't see profiles?

This bug has been happening to me frequently when after I leave my client (legacy client) open for a while, (about an hour or so) I can't view my profile or other people's profile on the client. So I press the button to view my own profile, and it shows that I pressed it but nothing happens. Same for other people's profile. Please fix this bug, it's very annoying and it forces me to restart my client and having to go through the whole process of relogging.
