(BUG) lee sin q going wherever it wants

As much as I could care less about lee sin having a bug this bad, it should still be looked into. I rarely play lee sin but today I noticed my q tends to go wherever it actually wants. I use smart cast so that may have something to do with it, but its gone as powerful as literally a full 180 and gone behind me.
