Jhin Damage After Hit

Several times during a recent game, I was AA'd by Jhin and the shot would not kill me. However, there was a small amount of magic damage that ticked one second after the initial hit which then did kill me. I also watched someone with MAW have their MAW passive procked one second after Jhin hit him as well. Please fix this, either have the damage hit with the initial hit, or get rid of this random damage. Thanks
