[GAMEPLAY] Lucent Singularity (Lux's E) is invisible

Some have claimed this is a bug on my end. When I experienced this bug in game everyone else on my team said it was invisible for them too. After the game I asked the Lux if they knew it was invisible, and they said it was one of the reasons he's been playing her so much. I experieed this bug against base skin Lux, but the video has a skin, so it appears to not depend on the skin. To clarify: this is not my video, so that Lux is not the same player, so please no witch hunting.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Play Against Lux
  2. Watch E cast
  3. Very hard to see, if not at all

I have played literally 100 Lux games this season and have never had an invisible E. I am fairly convinced this is a user end problem. There are people who say literally every ability in the game is invisible at some point and in all of my time playing this game I have never had anything be invisible. Make sure your drivers are up to gate, make sure you are not experiencing packet loss or lag and if these are on point then send in a ticket.
