[VISUAL BUG] Colour blind players find it REALLY hard to see the Enemy Ward Debris (red on green)

Made a Reddit post but it didn't get much traction, hoping a Rioter sees this instead. Also submitted a comment to the Reddit Bug Megathread

This issue is very important imho since there are pro players that will have a hard time with this (Sneaky, Hai(?) ) and I'm a C9 fan :3

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Be colourblind
2. Look at bush that had enemy ward in it

This brings me back to the day when I was a kid and lost my Charmander in the grass. Feels bad man.
