Description : When Fiora use Grand challenge on Zyra and that Fiora last hit immediately Zyra 0.5 second after use Grand challenge, the four weark spots remains on Zyra after respawns

Steps to reproduce :

1. Launch a game after selecting fiora as your champion with an Zyra ennemy
2. Reach the level 6
3. Level up Grand challenge
4. He must remain 30 health on Zyra
5. Use Grand challenge on Zyra and last hit immediately Zyra 0.5 second after use Grand challenge

Expected result : The four weak spots is remove on Zyra after respawns

Observed result : The four weak spots remains on Zyra after respawns

Reproduction rate: 10/10 (happened 10 out of 10 times) The bug is very easy to reproduce in game
