Leona bug report very frustrating in game

Type of Bug: In game bug

Description: The bug is that when Leona use abilities Solar Flare and dead immediately after he cannot see the cooldown the abilities Solar Flare

Steps to reproduce:

1. Launch a game after selecting Leona as your champion

2. Reach level 6

3. Level up R abilities Solar Flare

4. Use abilities Solar Flare

5. Dead immediately after use abilities Solar Flare

Expected result: Solar Flare cooldown is visible after death

Observed result: Solar Flare cooldown is not visible after death

Reproduction rate: 1/10 (happened 1 out of 10 times) the bug is very difficult to reproduce
