Description: the bug is that the Sand Soldiers from Azir fact 0 damage to mushroom from Teemo

Steps to reproduce:

1. Created game that Azir is against Teemo

2. Azir buy a vision ward

3. Teemo reach the level 6

4. Teemo level up R abilities Noxious Trap

5. Teemo place a mushroom

6. Azir place a vision ward

7. Azir summons a Sand Soldier to attack a mushroom

Expected result: Azir the Sand Soldier should easily destroy the mushroom

Observed result: Azir the Sand Soldier fact 0 damage the mushroom

Reproduction rate: 10/10 (happened 10 out of 10 times) the bug is really easy to reproduce
