[GAMEPLAY] Tristana's Rapid Fire animation does not occur on subsequent casts.

When casting Rapid Fire multiple times, the flame animation for the self-buff does not appear for subsequent casts after the first. This bug does not appear to be skin dependent.

1. Choose Tristana in URF and level Rapid Fire.
2. Press Q to activate the buff.
3. When Q's cooldown runs out cast it again.
4. The animation will soon disappear and susbsequent casts will not have the animation.

Retested in custom games multiple times, both with and without an alternate skin and the bug is reproduced with 100% success rate.

Attached is a picture that shows the buff active on the buff bar but with no animation occurring.
