Champion priority system is dumb and broken

Remove or allow champion rotation in the priority system for actions. It is so stupid to play against the champions who have GUARANTEED FIRST STRIKE when executing commands in the same time slice. I mean, who the flyingfuckingfuck wants to continually get ass-raped by a lee sin or a yasuo or a riven who MUST execute fist otherwise there are (nasally Riot voice here) undeterministic outcomes when abilities resolve out of order. Now you might think I'm crazy, but I know that Riot has to have this system in place and they have referenced it multipled times when mentioning when actions come to the server in the same time slice. They stop when they mention how they implement a chronological execution queue, but I have seen over thousands of hours of gameplay that certain champions will execute before other because of "action speed". This is just obfuscating the real problem which is the SHITTY ASS PRIORITY SYSTEM which gives champions a leg up over others unfairly and is one of the reasons that they can't fix their base game because of hard coded shit like this that makes it so FUCKINGASS difficult to FIND AND FIX. BUT IT MUST BE DONE. Otherwise you're a shitty company with a shitty game.
