Blue Side Bot Outer Tower, Not Targeting Minions

Just played a game where our(blue side) outer tower never targeted minions. Would still target champions that were in range, but never targeted minions. Blue side bot outer was the only one affected by this. All other towers worked properly. Screen shot failed or I'd have had a picture of about 12-15 minions attacking it while it did nothing.
