HUD Reset....Every Single Game

So, after the latest update every game i load into, my HUD size is reset. My chat is disabled and i have to enable it. Pretty much everything is defaulted. Cursor, preferences, etc. Please give me a fix, I''m a burden to my team when i can't leave base til 2 minutes in.

Dont worry, they havent fixed this issue in FIVE YEARS. item 3751
