[CRASH] [GRAPHICS} Heavily bugged game, resulted in LPQ

Was playing Yasuo, Ranked Draft Pick 1/16/16 Several VFX bugs, skin errors, game crashes. Replicated: Not yet, still playing today

So, I got into my last promo game last night, got my main and picked the High Noon skin, and when we loaded in I saw the picture posted above. First off, Kayle said in game they didn't even have a skin. Second off, the skin that I paid money for did not load. Not only that, the game was plagued with graphical bugs (Ekko ult shadow not appearing, he was constantly afflicted with red buff (even had a debuff icon) with no damage or slow taking place, rammus phasing in and out of existence, Yi freezing in place, it was horrible. Eventually the game just broke down and I shut the computer off. It was a pure clusterf**k and there was no way the game was even remotely playable. In addition, my game had MASSIVE frame drops making it unplayable because it was just so choppy. I can get back into my promos no problem, but the biggest injustice is that I got low priority queue for a game crashing. And I have played many, many games without leaving, I had this one take place, and I get slammed with 20 minutes? Riot, I am going to leave you with the words of Jolt3d.
