Ranked Glitched?

I was on the ranked team Team Hawk Eye Ranked and for some reason i was kicked but the leader didnt kick me and i didnt leave i got the message when i came home that i was kicked the problem here as that my leader can't invite me back because you only get 3 invites per a week can someone just add me back to the team or tell me what the problem is.
