The Leaver Remake system

So I was just a victim to the Leaver Remake system where players that have a DC at the beginning at the game can remake the game without facing a loss. The problem is the system goes in place 2 FUCKING MINUTES INTO THE GAME. The stupid and shitty League Client crashed than it gave me the "No connection to servers, please check your internet connection and try again" when my internet is working just fine. I quit league and open it up with the Peer to Peer system enabled to fix that bug. When I get back into the game I find out that my team remade the game giving low priority queue for 5 fucking matches so now I have to wait 20 fucking minutes just to get into a game. I don't even know why that's a punishment. I also lost LP for absolutely nothing but the shitty league client. I would like to fix this by giving players 5 minutes to get back in and not instantly remaking the game where players have no chance in hell due to these stupid bugs. Now I have to wait 20 minutes to join a match for an average 30minute match which means its going to to take around 5 fucking hours to remove this punishment due to the fact that my game crashed and I got the stupid please fix your internet bug even though my internet is just fine and I'm in a skype call with my friend. I'd love to hear peoples opinions down below. I think its a good system so you don't have to deal with leavers but it doesn't help people with crappy computers and take a fortune to load into the game yet alone the game crashed for them.
