New draft pick bugs

So i found some bugs with the draft pick system for riot to fix 1st. making mastries while in draft pick and before draft pick dont show up in the select mastries system when chosing your runes and mastries before the game 2nd. after picking a champion you cant see the champion list for trades and picks(this one isnt a bug much but something that should be changed)
