support request website bug - Language field

Please fix the "Language" field of the "I have a question" support request form (at the link https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new ).

The "Language" field permanently bugged after I selected the "Feedback" category under "I have a question". If the "Language" field is bugged out, it will not allow you to submit a new support request.

**STEPS TO DUPLICATE THE BUG: **

1. https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new

2. Select"I have a question"

3. Select the category "Games and Features"

4. Next, select "Feedback" ... which in turn loads up the Blitzcrank forum photo.

5. Un-Select "Feedback" to select a new category.

6. The "Language" field no longer works on the form. You cannot select English, etc ... which prevents the form from being submitted. If you try to reload the form, the "Language" field is permanently disabled/bugged.
