Fix Sejuani's Bear Calvary ult please

Problem: When she ults an enemy under the Bear Calvary skin, it doesn't show any animations on the enemy, so you can't see who got stunned or slowed. Also, your teammates don't see any animations either... when it's critical information: they should know that you stunned an enemy! Please fix this.

Possible Solution: Please show a better visual animation such as a red aura or bring back the frost cover (frost covers enemies in her other skins, except for Bear Calvary). While we're on the topic, the red little "detonators" on enemies from Bear Calvary are very difficult to see - it's like playing the book "I Spy" looking for those micro red dots... which makes for a negative gaming experience.
