Map glitch

Have an issue with a map glitch. don't know where to paste a screen shot but also before I start a game I get "There was an error processing a message from the server; this may be caused by a number of issues so it is recomended you restart your client. if it continues to occur please visit support.leagueoflegends.com with a distription of the error and wat you were doing at the time." the website does not help.
