Katarina Q R and Recall bug

Pardon the dropbox link, but it is a video showcasing the bugs in question. About ten minutes into the game, my Q R and recall wouldn't work. I restarted client, alt-tabbed, reconnect and what have you, but still couldn't use my abilities until later in the game, (seen in the video.) I won't say outright I would have won the game for my team, but we ALL felt pretty robbed considering we were 17 and 2 at one point, or something like that, and me not being able to do the ol q > e > w > r combo pretty much meant we had no teamfight for the rest of the game. Ideally, I could get a loss prevented along with the rest of my team, but at least fix this bug. I don't play Katarina a lot, but I never want to win against one that can't contribute to her team.
