[Gameplay] Vilemaw death timer not appearing
In a Treeline game last night, our team killed Vilemaw, and its death was not announced in chat nor did we have a death timer on the scoreboard (it instead displayed the empty timer that would show if you didn't have vision of the death). This is the first time this happened and we were neither sure why it happened nor how to reproduce it.
It's also worth pointing out that giving Vilemaw the global-announcement treatment that Dragon, Rift Herald, and Baron got would be fitting and helpful.

- Team Builder lobby doesn't dissolve if an invited player disconnects

- Zyra passive on quick cast is erratic
- Zyra can use trinket while in passive
- Inactive Heimerdinger turrets not damaged by Rift Herald
