BUG RUNE PAGES WONT SHOW UP IN CHAMP SELECT......RIOT PLZ

I literally coudnt change my runes cause a bug doesnt show my rune page when i try to pop it up in champ select...... fml

EDIT : I tried it again with new game and its ok. I dont know what caused it but it is EXTREMELY annoying

I am having this problem as well, I can chose a rune page then want to view it and it locks up my whole loadout.
