[Client] Audio bugs

Music is tied to the Enable SFX checkbox instead of Enable Music checkbox, so the only way to turn off the music playing is to also disable invite notifications.

This needs a solution ASAP, it can't be very difficult to code these changes.

The windchime and wind noises need to be part of music and there needs to be a third checkbox for notification noises.
