Client not working

I can't get into game at all. I've literally clicked reconnect 16 times, reset my router, closed league and re opened it, nothing works. It's really aggravating and repairing my client seems to do no good either. I'm starting to hate even trying to get on. My connection is fine but the game keeps saying it has crashed. for me to even log in to the client, I have to double click on my LoL desktop ican on to hit launch and the login screen not come up so I have to intentionally open a second client just so I can spam click the logo before it comes up to be prompted with a pvp kernel crashing. then I have to go to my task manager and go to processes because LoL doesnt show up in running applications, then I have to close my lol client patcher in processes and then reopen it twice again and repeat until my login screen come up. After I login, i go to hit reconnect and then I get a dialog box saying I can't connect to the server, and to retry or cancel. if I hit retry is comes up again. If i hit cancel, I have to hit reconnect again, only for it to repeat the same thing.
