I thought Hurricane applied on hit stacks. Kennen's passive on his W doesnt apply Mark of the Storm on more than the one target hit. It should apply on all three targets seeing how every other champ in the game has this affect.. I don't know if there is a reason why it doesn't apply or if it's a bug, but either way, It needs to be explained to me.
Anomander1 votesActually it only applies to his main target. Also helps him stack it faster. Since it is a on next hit instead of a on hit ability is works a bit differently.

Rueian1 votesIt is a consumed effect it can only effect 1 person. Caitlyn is the exact same as kennen in that respect

Rueian1 votesIts an auto attack modifier that activates after X attacks. The next attack gains the bonus from the passive. But hurricane makes you attack 3 times per attack, to not make the game confused it applies the passive to the main attack and not any of the tertiary attacks.
