Got Kicked from Champ Select at 0 Seconds

Both teams had selected champs, summoners and runes and there was 1 or 0 seconds left before the match launched and I got booted from lobby and it said "you left the game during champion select" and gave me a dodge penalty. Literally didn't touch anything (mouse or keyboard) for the last 10 seconds or so of champ select as I was watching twitch on my other monitor while waiting for the game to start.
