Lol client not opening

The first window comes up, but hitting the launch button only causes it to disappear and does not progress to the login screen, happening on windows 7

Even, lol launch page also not opening. Loading symbol also not appears. Help me to solve this

C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_air_client\releases"current version"\deploy then right clicking lolclient.exe and running as administrator seems to work, though you might need to run the regular client first to prompt it to update so you're not trying to play on an old version.
