Sudden Ping spike issue.

My ping usually is around 40 and 30 most of the time (unless if there is a storm) However just last night up to today, the ping in my games has always been 200 at the least. Later today when i tried again, it was now at a minimum of 300. Is there a way to fix this issue before it gets any worse?
