Sound Glitch in Client

Client sounds are bugged, happens every so often, more often after team builder. Random sounds are played in a loop such as the select champion sound, the buy item at client store sound, and the ban a champion sound. It almost sounds like people do when they are mashing dance or something in game. Has been occurring for about 1.5 weeks now.
