WTF is this Riot. WHY DO I NOT HAVE AN ABILITY

Been playing some . Got into a game today, hit Ctrl + Q to level my Q. The little plus signs over the abilities disappeared.... but no tick appears underneath my Q. So I have no abilities. When I took this picture with my tablet I was pushing all my QWERs but as you can see, "I had not learned that ability yet!" So my lvl 1 was interesting against a . However, when I hit level 2 and the little pluses popped up again I had two points to put into my abilities, so I was fine after that, I still got the correct number of points into my abilities, but this really freaked me out and made my level 1 really interesting, to say the least. So I figured I would document this. Anyone else ever see anything like this?
