Trade buttons don't always show up
After rerolling in aram, the trade buttons don't always show up. This just happened to me and I've been in queues where other people have said that it happened to them.

That means the person you want to trade with is unable to trade because they don't have your champion.
Hmm, looks like they do eventually appear, but it can take up to 10 seconds. About 1/5 rerolls this seems to happen.
