Keep restarting games, quite annoying

This has happened to me 3 times now and it's quite annoying and I'm sure I've gotten reports each time. Basically I'll just be playing League then randomly lag out, restarts/log on, then I'm at the option to play a new game and not even reconnect. The first picture (Lolskill.net) is showing my current game, but as you see in the 2nd picture no game. Have lost LP everytime for it too usually less than a normal amount(around 10-14). Really irritating and on top of having bad week of league this just furthers my decay. Also I lost a Hextech box and key a couple days ago.
