[Client] Restart after leaving to check internet makes me unable to open lol............RESPOND RIOT

I was in a game when it sais trying to reconnect, i left to check internet, when I finished I saw it said to shutdown or restart something, when i clicked restart the league client closed and then I could not get back in to league, it shows the big "LEAGUE OF LEGENDS" sign in the middle but then nothing happens.

BTW: can you plz not make me wait for leavebuster times after because the client does not work
