Chronobreak

Hi,

I don't know if this happened to you guys who have tried Ekko... but I had teleport as one of my summoner skills and I used it around the mid lane. Since I was ambushed pretty badly right when I teleported, out of panic I used Chronobreak, and i teleported me all the way back to home base.

Not sure if this is a bug... orr my "past self" was just waiting 4 seconds (the lag of Ekko's past-self) before it teleported to where I was.
