Legend of Poro King Mode spawn location

Hi,

In the area we spawn after dying (where you can't recall and revisit the shop). Just like howling abyss ARAM. But for the Legend of the Poro King mode, does that area heal slowly? When I was playing Haunted Zyra I was low HP and I was just in the spawn area and there was "green glowing particle effect" around me and it was healing me slowly I think.

I checked again and it still has a green particle effect around any champion. I'm not sure if its healing me (it's not changing the rate of healing, and it doesn't say like +20 hp or something beside the champion).

Is this normal? Maybe it's just an effect of the map for aesthetics? not really functional?
