Client crash during champion select only while browsing internet

I have been experiencing this issue for quite a long, but recently discovered it only happened when me or someone during champ select on my network searches the internet, but they have to be in the champion select and browsing on that computer. Using a different device to search doesn't bother it. I have forwarded all of the ports disabled all of my firewalls, router and computer, disabled IP helper with zero luck. I can sometimes get it to connect back by closing out of all windows and messing with summoner spells, but most times even when it connects back the league client shows everything that is happening, but there is a loading symbol making it where i cant do anything, but watch as I helplessly have to dodge another game, and the champ select is darker than normal.

I don't know if this is something anyone else is dealing with I haven't seen a thread like this. I'm just glad I found out when and how it happens. Any help or tips would be appreciated.
