An Unspecified Error Has Occured bug

This has been happening recently. I go to open League and instead of going to the UserKernal it gives me the image attached. It happened earlier today but eventually it worked itself out. However it's happening again and I don't know how to fix it. I also checked the logs but I have no idea to actually decipher those. I was hoping anyone would have a solution for this problem or if they've seen this happen before.
