The Mastery says that is procs off of all damaging abilities. I expected this to work for gangplank, but oddly enough it does not. So I spent most of the laning phase with effectively no keystone mastery.
Abilities that apply on-hit-effects (like Ezreal's Q and GP's Q) are considered basic-attacks instead of abilities. So warlord's bloodlust is much better on GP because you can heal off your crit parleys
No it shouldn't. Deathfire Touch is a spell effect. Gangplank's Q does not proc spell effects. This is intended.
