Screen is STILL just black when champ select ends.

Hello, this is the same guy from post https://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-report/8NVNX3JA-unclosable-black-screen-after-champ-select

The screen still just goes black without loading me in. Is this seriously some kind of sick joke, Riot? I got Honour 3 only to be locked out of playing any games?

EDIT: AND YES I DID USE THE STUPID HEXTECH REPAIR TOOL AND SENT A SUPPORT TICKET! SO FAR NOTHING!
