Rengar 5 Ferocity bug?

So I've been playing a lot of Rengar lately. The last few days I've been playing him I've noticed that i'd be spamming his spells when on 5 stacks of ferocity during the middle of a fight but there's now a delay once i get 5 stacks to cast an ability... not sure if this is a bug or lag...
